Our Mission

Our mission is to teach and promote the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts in a safe team environment, the only way Relson Gracie will allow it to be taught.

 

Company Bio

Whether you are a beginner, advanced or in another style, you will feel welcome in our friendly training environment. We take pride in being able to accommodate people from all backgrounds. You do not need any previous martial arts experience to take our classes.

We have designed a program specifically oriented to satisfy your individual needs in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, in a safe and positive environment. Our classes are conducive to fast learning and lasting results that will accommodate individuals of any experience level (from beginner to advanced), any fitness level (from inactive to athletic) and every age group (from 8 to 80), including men, women and children.

We are proud to provide a unique curriculum which allows our members to evaluate their goals and progress throughout their lessons. If you are looking for realistic self defense, improved fitness levels, increased self confidence, healthy weight loss, continuous stress relief and added flexibility then ACS is the place for you!

Bruce is a world class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling competitor.  He has had numerous wins at the elite level of world competition in the sport as well as coaching many Jiu-Jitsu and MMA champions.
